I can remember too many memories of this amazing uncle of mine. I remember the morning we were going to Hawaii when I got to out prank him. This was extremely hard to do as anyone that knew Jim knows he WAS the ultimate prankster. Then I recall all the times I'd razz him in the car and Judy and my mother would be in the back seat laughing their heads off at us.
Now for the 50 cents... while in Hawaii, we were going around the farmers market and Jim offered anyone 50 cents for their goods... He had us in total stiches. One other memory he and I shared was when we snuck back to our hotel after a long walk taking a Caddy taxi and letting Judy and my mother think we walked back. He really loved the fact we got one over them.
I'm so glad was part of my life and have to say I still miss him being around and really wish we had more time for his great sense of humor and watch his total love and joys of being a great father, awesome grandfather and a down right great husband. with that said I have to admit we all loved him and some of us were lucky to have him for an awesome uncle.
God Speed Jim.. I still miss you!
I even miss seeing him in his chair and calling him Archie! :)
